Dear Registered Participant,

We regret to inform you that the 2025 El Clásico Provo in Utah this May 23rd -26th 2025, has been officially canceled.

We had numerous teams reach out in the last 72 hours letting us know that they would be withdrawing from the event due to various reasons.

We are letting all teams registered nkow this as soon as the decision to cancel this event has been made - all teams will be receiving depost refunds for their teams and for the actual event, along with any hotel/vendor ticket you may have purchased. If your team wa using an airline to travel, please use this document as a notice of cancellation. Each team will be contacted once the new date is established & confirmed for next Spring.

We hope to have you back in 2026.
